Kangxi Imari jug with cuver and polygonal flattened pear-shaped body on hexagonal standing base. Decorated on the belly with medallions and floral decoration. Shape shape derived from that of brass jugs from the Middel East and India. The long handle and the spout go back to Persian exsamples.
